Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area could use better maintenance. Breakfast was varied and well-prepared. Despite being pet-friendly, I noticed some unpleasant odors in the common areas.

Great location close to shopping and the interstate. The pool was enclosed, protecting from strong winds. Friendly employees made check, in a breeze.
Mystery stains on the pull, out sofa were off, putting. Outdated mattress with no covering.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the awesome outdoor sights and checking out cool museums near the hotel. We even hit up Concord Golf Club and Brown Acres Golf Course for some serious fun. The location was perfect – close to Hickory Valley Golf Course, making our trip super epic!
Wish there was a bit more happening for young party animals like us! .

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the picturesque outdoor sights near the golf courses. The Hickory Valley Golf Course offered a great family-friendly environment, allowing us to enjoy quality time together amidst stunning scenery.
My children wanted more interactive activities for families on-site.

So, we recently stayed at La Quinta and here's my take on it. Let's start with the good stuff - the staff was super friendly and really made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The entryway was also quite impressive and welcoming, which was a nice touch. Now onto the not-so-great parts. Our room definitely had its issues - the bathroom door was wonky and looked like it had been tampered with, and the toilet paper holder was held together with tape! Plus, there were some mystery stains on the pull-out sofa which was a bit off-putting. One major inconvenience was that there was no bathtub in our room, only a shower. Not ideal when you have little ones to clean. the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly, which made the room quite stuffy. On top of that, the outdated mattress in the couch and the overall lack of upkeep made us question why the rooms weren't being updated more regularly. It felt like the management might not be prioritizing maintenance as they should. Despite these issues, the pool was a nice feature, especially since it was enclosed from the strong winds. The location was convenient and the parking was easy. the lack of hot breakfast options, the malfunctioning juice machine, and the indifferent day staff were a letdown. our stay at La Quinta had its ups and downs. The friendly staff and decent amenities were overshadowed by maintenance issues and outdated facilities.

Enjoyed the southern Tennessee attractions, free breakfast perks, and diverse amenities.
Thrilled to find roaches and trash partying in the bathroom, didn't get much sleep – fantastic experience! .

I chose La Quinta because it's near Hamilton Place Mall, where I wanted to shop. The friendly front desk staff pleasantly surprised me with their helpfulness and local recommendations. The daily continental breakfast buffet was a great convenience, and I appreciated the close proximity to restaurants and shops.
Understaffed, leaky sink, no towels.

our family had a fantastic stay at La Quinta. the modern decor and spacious king suite provided the perfect separation for our family. the breakfast had great variety and the open seating area was a plus. the hotel's cleanliness and comfort made for the best sleep. the location was safe and convenient to restaurants and shopping. we also enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities. overall, a great space at an affordable price.

The entrance looked modern, and the lobby was inviting. The hotel had well-lit parking areas, making it easy to find a spot. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
The rooms felt a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. I had to request a room cleaning, and the AC was turned off after cleaning.

the hotel's location off the interstate was convenient for getting around. it's close to the general manager - cara, and she's very friendly. the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom was very clean - especially the bathtub. also, the breakfast was diverse and filling - with a staff member constantly rotating and refilling the items.
Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in a spacious, stylish king suite with a comfortable bed. The colored water walls at the entry were a fun touch. The separate sleeping quarters and living area were great. The breakfast selection was good, and the location near the mall was convenient. I'd recommend this hotel.
